Compensation & Hours

• Pay Range:
  • $22-$30 per hour Certified RBTs (rate is based upon experience)
  • $20 per hour - Non-RBTs 
• Expected Hours: 35 per week
• Annual Pay Reviews: Increases based on skill, performance, and experience.

Your Role in Transforming Lives
As a member of our team, you’ll provide center, home, and school-based ABA therapy for children with Autism, applying principles of ABA to bring positive, lasting change. Every session is an opportunity to make a difference.

Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or completion of a 40-hour certification.
• GED/High School Diploma
• Reliable Vehicle & Medicaid Provider ID
• Experience with Children
• Not certified? No problem! We’ll guide you and provide the resources to get started.
