The Vice President (VP) within Client Activation and Solutions plays a leadership role in shaping and executing LPL’s enterprise Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy. This role is responsible for orchestrating and governing how change is planned, sequenced, and delivered across the organization to ensure a seamless experience for clients and employees. The VP leads across a portfolio spanning Product & Technology Delivery, Policy and Regulatory programs, and Strategic Initiatives, driving alignment, execution discipline, and measurable outcomes. This individual partners closely with senior leadership and acts as a central connector across business, technology, and control functions. This includes both strategy and vision for GTM evolution as well as near‑term tactical execution of key initiatives. Responsibilities Lead execution and continuous refinement of the firmwide GTM strategy and operating approach Oversee a portfolio of complex, high‑impact initiatives, ensuring alignment, prioritization, and effective sequencing Drive client engagements clients regularly to ensure the voice of the customer is central to campaigns and focused on outcomes and measurement Establish and reinforce governance standards, execution rigor, and consistency across GTM efforts Drive integration across initiatives to minimize fragmentation and optimize client and employee experience Provide strategic guidance on readiness, timing, risks, and trade‑offs to senior leadership Facilitate alignment across senior stakeholders and functions, enabling timely decision‑making Ensure accountability for delivery outcomes, adoption, and experience quality Build business cases and lead enterprise planning for GTM needs, using a data and fact‑driven approach Lead enterprise forums to track progress, resolve issues, and elevate risks as needed Surface insights and opportunities by synthesizing inputs across business and functional areas Mentor team members and elevate overall capability in GTM execution Identify and implement opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and impact Qualifications BA/BS required 8-12+ years of experience in strategy, delivery, product, or transformation roles Strong financial services experience, preferably within wealth management or related domains Proven track record leading large, cross‑functional initiatives with enterprise impact Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and planning tools Advanced proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent) to synthesize enterprise‑wide inputs into actionable insights, develop and refine strategic roadmaps, GTM plans, and operating models, and accelerate decision‑making and improve execution quality Core Competencies Strong strategic thinking combined with execution focus Exceptional communication and executive presence Ability to create clarity in ambiguous, complex environments Expertise in structured delivery, governance, and cross‑functional coordination Preferences MBA or advanced degree preferred Strong data fluency; experience with analytics or visualization tools preferred Pay Range $134,930.00 - $224,849.00. Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
