Your Role: Intake Coordinator

Pay: $20.99/hour

Your Toolkit Should Include:

Scheduling intake appointments with empathy and efficiency
Coordinating referrals and verifying Medi-Cal eligibility
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Communicating with clients, families, and referring parties
Supporting agency operations with professionalism and heart

Your Superpowers Include:

Bilingual in Spanish is required
AA degree in Social Services or 3+ years of related experience
Stellar communication skills-both written and verbal
Tech-savvy with typing, word processing, and data entry skills
Experience working with children and families (preferred)
Ability to thrive in a multicultural, collaborative environment
