We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Master\'s degree in Speech Language Pathology to evaluate and treat patients of all ages in hospital and outpatient settings. Key Responsibilities Include Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments using appropriate procedures and materials. Developing and implementing individualized, measurable treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families. Utilizing standardized outcomes measures and adjusting interventions based on patient performance and behavior. Documenting care in compliance with regulatory standards and communicating patient progress to the medical team. Providing education and training to patients, families, and caregivers to support rehabilitation goals. Serving as a clinical resource and role model for staff and students, while maintaining a focus on cultural and linguistic considerations. Qualifications And Skills Required Current licensure as an SLP in Illinois. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days. Experience with acute stroke patient care and continuing education in this area preferred. Strong assessment, intervention, documentation, and communication skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
