Customer Sales Representative

Morrison Industrial Equipment is looking for an Outside Sales/Customer Service Representative to help with our growing business at our South Bend branch (2505 Foundation Dr, South Bend, IN 46628). Full Time, 1st-Shift | Monday - Friday | Base Pay plus Commission
* Compensation is negotiable depending on experience

About the Role:
Our Outside Sales/Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, communicating with current accounts, and proactively seeking growth opportunities . The CSR will report directly to our Branch Manager. Phone and laptop, and mileage reimbursement are provided by the company.

Responsibilities:

• Work with existing Customer Base to help manage fleet(s) of industrial equipment
• Efficiently and effectively present features & benefits of MIE Parts and Service
• Utilize and maintain our CRM to best understand customer needs and target potential accounts
• Assist in all areas of after-sales support, specifically Parts, Service, and Rental
• Participate in training opportunities as they are made available by our partner OEM's
• Navigate new customer opportunities and convert customers to working with MIE

Qualifications

• Prior, proven sales roles and accomplishments
• Intermediate computer skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Word and Excel
• CRM Management Tools
• Ability and willingness to travel for trade shows, demonstrations, and client meetings
