Registered Nurse
Full-Time | Night Shift | Flexible 36/48-Hour Schedule

MLR Healthcare is collaborating with a trusted healthcare system to recruit a Registered Nurse (RN) for the night shift. This full-time position offers a flexible 36/48-hour schedule, making it a great opportunity for nurses dedicated to providing high-quality patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver personalized care through the nursing process to meet the unique needs of each patient.
Manage a wide range of medical conditions, providing a dynamic and engaging work experience.
Participate in committees, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives.
Comply with the Texas Nurse Practice Act and ensure adherence to nursing standards.
Provide critical care to adolescent and adult patients facing severe illnesses and injuries.

Registered Nurse Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
CPR-BCLS certification (required before orientation completion).
ACLS certification (required before orientation completion).
NIH Stroke Scale certification (required before orientation completion).
