Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist

MASC Medical is seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist with an interest in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry for a full-time, flexible hybrid role in Danbury, Connecticut. Practice Info * Practice Type: Outpatient Mental Health * Team Composition: 3 Physicians, 1 Mid-Level * Patient Volume: 150-200 patients/week across the group * Population: ADHD, anxiety, depression, mild bipolar (no addiction treatment) * Credentialing Timeline: 6-8 weeks Compensation * Base Salary: $300,000 or 60% of collections (whichever is greater) * Bonus: Productivity-based * Partnership Track: Buy-in opportunity included in contract Benefits * Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance * CME allowance * 401(k) with 3.5% match * Vacation tailored to clinician preference * Licensing fee support * Malpractice insurance provided Shift & Schedule * 40 hours/week with flexible options (4x10s or 5x8s) * Hybrid model with telehealth and onsite care * Phone-only, weekday coverage for own patients + 1 weekend every 4 weeks Requirements * Board Certified in Psychiatry (Child & Adolescent BC preferred) * Open to new graduates * No visa sponsorship at this time * No foreign language requirement
