MASC Medical is seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist with an interest in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry for a full-time, flexible hybrid role in Danbury, Connecticut. Practice Info Practice Type: Outpatient Mental Health Team Composition: 3 Physicians, 1 Mid-Level Patient Volume: 150–200 patients/week across the group Population: ADHD, anxiety, depression, mild bipolar (no addiction treatment) Credentialing Timeline: 6–8 weeks Compensation Base Salary: $300,000 or 60% of collections (whichever is greater) Bonus: Productivity-based Partnership Track: Buy-in opportunity included in contract Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance CME allowance 401(k) with 3.5% match Vacation tailored to clinician preference Licensing fee support Malpractice insurance provided Shift & Schedule 40 hours/week with flexible options (4x10s or 5x8s) Hybrid model with telehealth and onsite care Phone-only, weekday coverage for own patients + 1 weekend every 4 weeks Requirements Board Certified in Psychiatry (Child & Adolescent BC preferred) Open to new graduates No visa sponsorship at this time No foreign language requirement
