Network Analyst - Global Supply Chain Planning

Position Overview As a Network Analyst at Roche Diagnostics, you will be the architect of network optimization and the Agile Product Owner for a cross-functional data product team. This fixed-term opportunity runs through December2028. Responsibilities Network Optimization: Drive the end‑to‑end configuration of the global network, managing and fine‑tuning cloud‑based solvers (OMP) to determine shipping routes, transport modes, replenishment quantities, and safety stocks. Agile Product Ownership: Lead a global, cross‑functional data product team, utilizing agile methodologies and Data Mesh principles to design and deliver analytics solutions that provide real business value. Data Automation & Governance: Build and maintain a master data foundation, pioneering automation across systems, improving data quality and implementing robust governance frameworks. Technological Innovation: Integrate mathematical and heuristic optimization logic, advanced solvers, and modern data technology into daily operations. Cross‑Functional Leadership: Act as a core SME and consultant, bridging technical data teams and senior leadership, and aligning initiatives with Roche’s strategic priorities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in supply chain planning, network optimization, or data analytics with an international focus. Strong data‑driven decision‑making skills and ability to transform complex data into elegant supply‑chain solutions. Proficiency with integrated planning suites such as OMP and SAP ERP. Experience with master data automation tools (e.g., OMP Data Genie, ADM rules) and data quality platforms like Ataccama. Solid know‑how in data preparation, ETL, and visualization using Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau, and SAP analytics environments (SAC, BoA, BW). Compensation Salary range (Indianapolis, IN): $78,900 – $146,500. Actual pay will depend on experience, qualifications, and location. A discretionary annual bonus may be available.
