Job Title: Manufacturing Assembly Engineer

Location: Milpitas, CA Onsite

Shift: 2nd Shift + OT

We are seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Engineer to support testing, calibration, alignment, troubleshooting, and integration of electro-mechanical and optical systems in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, calibrate, test, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and electro-mechanical assemblies.

• Perform system-level testing, alignment, rework, and final system validation.

• Maintain tool schedules and complete testing milestones within required timelines.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend corrective solutions.

• Prepare technical reports and document test results.

• Work with test equipment, hand tools, torque wrenches, calipers, and measuring instruments.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of related electro-mechanical testing, assembly, or troubleshooting experience.

• Technical Certificate, AS degree, military technical training, or equivalent vocational training; engineering degree preferred.

• Experience working with technical drawings, testing procedures, and system-level requirements.

• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and across cross-functional teams.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, organization, and time-management skills.

• Able to work independently and support extended hours/weekends when required.

• Ability to periodically lift up to 30 lbs. and perform physical activities such as standing, bending, and climbing.
