Registered Nurse - Rehabilitation

Location: Asheville, NC

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM, primarily weekends, with an expectation of 3-12 hour shifts.

Job Description: Join our team and support patients through their rehabilitation journey. As a Registered Nurse in our specialized rehabilitation hospital, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional, personalized care for patients recovering from serious illnesses and injuries.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care in an acute rehabilitation setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, providing appropriate interventions as necessary.
• Assist with rehabilitation therapies and facilitate patient progress towards recovery goals.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers, ensuring support and education.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Active RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in Med-Surge or rehabilitation settings preferred.
