Outbound Sales Specialist

At First American Home Warranty, you’ll be making sales for a trusted, established home warranty brand with an award-winning company culture. This is a 100% remote role in a structured, goal-focused environment.

We expect you to bring the selling skills; we’ll help you learn our product and process.

Compensation

• Base Salary
• Uncapped Commissions
• $3,000 Sign On Bonus
• Commission Guarantee for the first 90 days

What You’ll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to provided leads—no cold calling.
• Lead consultative sales conversations, handle objections, and close.
• Work toward clear goals and document activity in the CRM.
• Use coaching and product knowledge to strengthen your results.

What You’ll Bring

• A proven record in outbound, B2C, telemarketing, or inside sales.
• Confidence closing sales and overcoming objections by phone.
• Persistence and resilience in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
• Strong communication skills; Salesforce or similar CRM experience is a plus.
