Our Parking Guest Attendants (PGAs) play an essential role in our operation; providing the highest level of service to our guests during the check-in and check-out process. Pay Rate: $13.5 per hour with regular bonus opportunities What We Offer: Participation in and financial benefit from our shared employee ownership program Instant offers – standout candidates can receive conditional offers immediately after their interview Regular bonus opportunities for those who are eligible Consistent schedules For those who are eligible to enroll: Medical, Vision, Dental, and 401(k) plan benefits For those who are eligible: Paid Time Off, Vacation Pay, and Paid Holidays Training and professional development opportunities Key Responsibilities of Parking Guest Attendants: Welcome and greet each guest in a friendly and professional manner Provide quick and pleasant assistance supporting guests at exit and entry lanes Answer telephones and assist customers using mobile devices while using our services Partner with all team members to provide the best guest experience Keep all Parking Guest Attendant work areas neat and clean Provide guests with information on the TPS Spot Club program May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management Knowledge, Skills and Experience of Parking Guest Attendants: High school education or equivalent Previous customer service experience preferred Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language for safety purposes Ability to operate Apple technology products including iPhone, iPad tablets Comfortable using kiosk system and adapt to technology upgrades and changes Ability to work in inclement weather Ability to stand for most of the shift and safely lift up to 30 pounds with or without an accommodation At The Parking Spot, we don’t just accept difference - we celebrate and seek it.
