Job Summary:
The specific location is in Indianapolis, Indiana. The position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in the Trauma Neuro Intensive Care Unit. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role involves caring for critically ill trauma, neuro, and surgical patients within a 24-bed Trauma Neuro Intensive Care Unit.

Job Details:

• Specialty: Intensive Care Unit Trauma (ICU TRAUMA)
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts; 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.; minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: A valid nursing license, at least 2 years of recent ICU experience, and relevant certifications as applicable.
• Additional Information: The unit is a Level 1 Trauma Center and Stroke Center for Excellence, with advanced monitoring capabilities including ICP monitoring and continuous dialysis. Candidates must have recent ICU experience to be considered.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Position Description: The RN will join a highly skilled team caring for critically ill trauma, neuro, and surgical patients, utilizing advanced hemodynamic monitoring and complex interventions. The shift involves every other weekend and may include holiday or hard-to-fill shifts, with specific shift details to be determined.
