Imagine Care is seeking passionate and outgoing Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants and Occupational Therapists to serve children and young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a home-health setting.

Whether you want to add a few children to supplement your current income or build a full-time caseload, we want to hear from you. Tell us your availability and preferred coverage area, and we’ll tailor your caseload accordingly.

Compensation and Bonuses

• $85-$90 per hour/visit (this is rate for COTAs; OT rate would be higher
• $1,500 bonus once your caseload reaches 10 children

Application Requirements

• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current Arizona OT or COTA license, or actively working toward obtaining one
• One year of experience preferred, but not required

Work Location

All services are provided in a home-health setting, meaning you will meet children and their families at their residences.

We are looking for providers throughout the surrounding area and can tailor your coverage area and caseload based on your location, availability and preferred travel area.
