Virtual CSR

We are seeking a highly motivated Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will serve as the frontline support for patients and healthcare providers, delivering exceptional service through high-volume inbound calls and light claims processing. Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of inbound calls from patients, addressing questions about benefits, coverage, copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs). Provide clear explanations of insurance benefits, including benefits quoting and benefits overview. Assist with light claims processing tasks to ensure seamless member experiences. Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and members, offering accurate information and resolving inquiries efficiently. Utilize specialized software to document interactions and process information accurately. Qualifications & Experience Minimum of 2 years recent experience working with health plan members in a customer service capacity. Demonstrated expertise in explaining EOBs, benefits, and coverage details. Proven ability to handle high call volumes with professionalism and accuracy (specific call volume details to be confirmed). Prior experience with commercial insurance and benefits quoting is required. Strong internet connection with minimum speeds of 25 MBPS download and upload. High-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work. Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities. What We Offer Competitive hourly rate of $18/hour.
