ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking highly motivated candidates who are ready to contribute hands-on alongside our Finance & Accounting teams as you develop your career. Masters candidates who are graduating in the Spring of 2027 and are interested in a career in Finance and Accounting are encouraged to apply. You will be considered for current and upcoming available rotational roles. Our Finance & Accounting Rotation Program enables you to work in different capacities across various functions before dedicating to one role. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the different areas of the organization and rapidly grow your professional skills within Sandisk. 

We are recruiting for the following areas where you can be hired into a role within the group: 

• Business Finance 
• Corporate FP&A
• Operations Finance
• Treasury
• Accounting
• Tax 
• Internal Audit

Qualifications

Required:

• MS candidate with a focus in Accounting and/or Finance, graduating in May/June 2027
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Right to work in the U.S. without requiring Sandisk to commence or sponsor an immigration case (e.g., H-1B or other employment-based immigration case)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with and simplify large data sets into actionable insights
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Power BI proficiency
• Data Automation 
• Interest and acumen in leveraging and implementing AI tools to drive efficiency 
• Ability to redesign processes around automation and AI rather than simply applying AI into workflows
• Ability to create and deliver effective presentations for senior management
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across large, cross-functional teams
• Strong critical thinking and independent problem solving skills, with the ability to influence others and drive positive change. 

Preferred:

• 3-4 years of experience in related field 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• SQL/Python

Compensation & Benefits Details

• An employee’s pay position within the salary range may be based on several factors including but not limited to (1) relevant education; qualifications; certifications; and experience; (2) skills, ability, knowledge of the job; (3) performance, contribution and results; (4) geographic location; (5) shift; (6) internal and external equity; and (7) business and organizational needs.
• The salary range is what we believe to be the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in California, Colorado, New York or remote jobs that can be performed in California, Colorado and New York.  This range may be modified in the future.
• You will be eligible to participate in Sandisk's Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan, which provides incentive awards based on Company and individual performance.  Depending on your role and your performance, you may be eligible to participate in our annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which consists of restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, pursuant to the terms of the LTI plan. Please note that not all roles are eligible to participate in the LTI program, and not all roles are eligible for equity under the LTI plan. RSU awards are also available to eligible new hires, subject to Sandisk's Standard Terms and Conditions for Restricted Stock Unit Awards.
