Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Complete required clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity and quality of patient care
• Adhere to facility-specific protocols, dress code, and operational guidelines as provided during onboarding

Required Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license required ; compact license may be accepted at start but permanent Maryland state license must be obtained promptly
• Experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting
• Must meet credentialing and contract QA requirements prior to assignment start
• Candidates who have worked permanently or PRN at this facility within the past year are not eligible for this assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a high-volume outpatient therapy environment
• Strong documentation skills and familiarity with outpatient EMR systems
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific workflows and protocols
