Global Internal Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Gates Foundation in Seattle is seeking a Recruiter to manage internal and external recruiting across multiple divisions. You will lead job postings, resume screening, initial screens, interviews, and offers, while building rapport with candidates and hiring managers. You will source and hire technical talent worldwide, develop diverse talent pools, and map internal capabilities to opportunities.
