Caregiver Needed Pay Rate: Started on $17.00 – $18.00 per hour Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Location: Hartford CT Shifts: Days, Evenings, Overnights, Weekends Are you a compassionate and dependable caregiver who enjoys making a difference in the lives of seniors and individuals in need of care? We are looking for dedicated Caregivers / Personal Care Assistants (PCA) to join our team and provide quality, compassionate support to our clients throughout Hartford County . What You’ll Do Provide compassionate personal care and daily living assistance. Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility as needed. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with light housekeeping and other household tasks. Support clients with their daily routines while promoting independence and dignity. Communicate professionally with clients, families, and members of the care team. Follow care plans and report changes in a client's condition when appropriate. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients. Requirements & Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of caregiving experience. CNA or PCA certification preferred. Previous home care or senior care experience . Experience caring for clients with Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease . Experience using a Hoyer Lift and gait belt is a plus . Strong communication and customer service skills. Reliable, organized, and dependable. Compassionate and professional. Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to provide respectful, patient-centered care. Commitment to maintaining client privacy, dignity, and safety.
