About the Role As Store Manager, you'll lead the day-to-day operations of our Osage Beach location. You'll be responsible for driving sales, controlling expenses, maintaining an outstanding shopping experience, and developing a high-performing team. Most importantly, you'll represent our company values through exceptional leadership and customer service. What You'll Do

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop team members.
• Create and manage weekly schedules.

Customer Experience

Store Operations

Business Performance
