Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise our flooring & installation projects from start to finish. You will organize, schedule and oversee construction procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner. An excellent Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind, leadership and great organizational skills. Responsibilities Collaborate with sales team, office team, builders, designers and clients etc. to determine the specifications of the project Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations Plan all operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines & time frames will be met Supervise the work of laborers and give them guidance when needed Evaluate progress and adjust as necessary Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues Requirements Proven experience as construction or flooring project manager In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards Good knowledge of Emailing, Online Scheduling, billing Software Excellent organizational and time-management skills A team player with leadership abilities Company Local, high end, full service flooring company known for quality work and integrity Job Highlights This is a full time position M-F Weekly Pay Paid Time Off 401k Flooring industry experience is not required, but trades/construction experience is requested if you do not have flooring experience.
