Dedicated to managing a high volume of calls, the full-time Texas Remote Call Center Agent will conduct telephone screenings for both inbound and outbound calls while ensuring positive customer interactions in a 100% work-from-home environment. Key responsibilities Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls Conduct telephone screenings to assess customer needs Engage in positive interactions to effectively meet customer requirements Required qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Eligible to work in the US Access to a compatible computer and reliable internet service Available to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 9pm and Saturdays from 9am to 5pm Ability to maintain a quiet, distraction-free home office environment
