Position Warehouseperson II (Open) – San Leandro, CA. Location & Compensation Location: San Leandro, CA. Hourly pay: $23.00–$25.00 per hour. Responsibilities Support safe and orderly stocking, storing, and labeling of incoming materials and supplies in the warehouse. Pick, pack, and distribute materials and supplies for delivery via outside carriers or Airgas drivers. Validate delivery of materials and provide a physical receipt. Contribute to periodic inventory of warehouse materials and maintain recorded inventory. Review incoming and outgoing product invoices per company policy. Safely operate forklift, pallet jack, or other warehouse/material handling equipment. Uphold company SOPs on distribution, safety, and other relevant procedures. Perform general site housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned. Load and unload service trucks with gas cylinders, containers, and supplies for scheduled route deliveries in coordination with dispatcher. Use personal protective equipment and adhere to company safety policies. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Ensure all required paperwork is accurately completed, including coding, costing, and pricing. Qualifications Required: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs. Ability to stand/walk 8–10 hours. Basic computer skills. Work independently and meet deadlines under pressure. Must work effectively with diverse people. Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent. 2–5 years of warehouse operations experience. Background in gas, welding, safety supply, or chemical industry. Experience operating a forklift.
