Requirements:

• Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused personality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and office systems.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy office environment.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person and over the phone.
• Previous office, administrative, or customer service experience preferred but not required (training provided).
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Job Duties:

• Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into the company systems.
• Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries to the appropriate departments.
• Greet and assist customers in person with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support to office staff and leadership.
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for daily office operations.
• Deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• Support day-to-day office operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist with additional administrative tasks and cross-training opportunities as needed.
