We are looking for a reliable, detailed-oriented, and hardworking Housekeeping Attendant to join our dedicated team and keep our guest rooms and public spaces shining!

Key Responsibilities

Guest Room Cleaning & Maintenance

• Perform thorough, high-standard cleaning of guest rooms, including changing bed linens, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Replenish room amenities, towels, paper products, and guest room supplies according to IHG brand standards.
• Inspect rooms for safety, proper functioning of electronics/fixtures, and report maintenance needs or room damages to management.
• Maintain a organized housekeeping cart and keep linen supply closets clean, stocked, and secured.
• Handle guest requests promptly and with a friendly, professional attitude.

Laundry Operations

• Sort, pre-treat, wash, dry, and fold hotel linens, towels, and bedding efficiently.
• Monitor laundry equipment, report any malfunctions, and maintain a clean, safe laundry facility.
• Inspect linens for stains or tears, ensuring only clean, high-quality linens are stocked for guest rooms.
• Assist with inventory counts and maintain proper rotation of linen stock.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or laundry services is preferred, but we are happy to train motivated candidates with strong attention to detail!
• Physical Stamina: Ability to push/pull heavy carts, lift up to 30–50 lbs, bend, kneel, and stand or walk for extended periods during shift.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and ability to work a flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays as needed).
• Attention to Detail: Pride in cleanliness, organization, and delivering a 5-star experience for our guests.
• Team Player: Friendly attitude with good communication skills to collaborate effectively with hotel staff and greet guests warmly.
