Salary: 65,000 - 75,000

Morrison Healthcare is hiring a Patient Services Manager in Cocoa Beach, FL. This leader will oversee patient dining services, manage staff, and help deliver an excellent patient experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily patient meal service operations
• Supervise, train, and develop team members
• Ensure timely, accurate tray delivery
• Resolve patient service concerns quickly
• Partner with nursing and clinical teams
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and compliance standards
• Manage schedules, staffing, and productivity
• Track results and improve performance

Qualifications:

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Background in healthcare, hospitality, or food service preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
