Pink Jeep Tours is part of Herschend and we have been in business since 1960 providing premier off-road and family friendly nature excursions in our iconic Pink Jeeps. The Brand Ambassador will work primarily at Silver Dollar City engage and educate customers about Pink Jeeps exciting outdoor adventure offerings in Branson and help increase tour bookings.

Position Summary:

As a Brand Ambassador youll encourage guests to take advantage of exclusive promotional offers and build strong relationships with Silver Dollar City partners. Youll work closely with Pink Jeep Sales and General Management to identify opportunities coordinate promotions and maximize results while delivering exceptional customer service. Tour bookings made through the Brand Ambassadors promotional offers may also qualify for incentives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Guest Engagement:

• Proactively greet and engage guests in a friendly professional and enthusiastic manner.
• Introduce visitors to Pink Jeep Tours and communicate why our guided adventures are among Bransons premier attractions.
• Build excitement by sharing stories highlights and unique features of the Pink Jeep Tours experience.
• Answer guest questions regarding tour options pricing schedules and availability.
• Maintain a polished professional appearance that reflects the Pink Jeep Tours brand.
• Represent Pink Jeep Tours with integrity professionalism and exceptional hospitality.

Sales:

• Promote exclusive discounts and special offers available only through the Brand Ambassador program.
• Generate qualified leads and encourage immediate bookings through mobile devices QR codes or direct referrals.
• Execute special promotions activations events and other on-property opportunities as assigned.

Collaboration:

• Share guest feedback common questions competitive observations and other insights that can improve sales and marketing efforts.
• Track activity and results to help evaluate the effectiveness of on-property efforts including bookings leads offer redemptions and other defined performance measures.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to improve guest engagement strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Lead by example including working as a team and empowering each other by being accountable to our guests each other and the communities we serve and embodying the Lead with Love foundational principles.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong persuasive selling and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with Pink Jeep Tours and Herschend teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to stand and walk for extended periods outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Weekend holiday and flexible scheduling availability required.
• A clean driving record.
• Ability to use computers phone systems calculators copiers and general office equipment
• Must be able to reach overhead bend push pull and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Requires clear vision and adequate hearing
