Job Description

Hotel Maintenance & Houseman

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Hotel Maintenance & Houseman to help ensure our property remains clean, safe, and well-maintained while providing excellent service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

Perform basic maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and general upkeep.
Set up and break down meeting rooms and assist with moving furniture and hotel equipment as needed.
Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner.
Support the housekeeping team by delivering linens, removing trash, and maintaining clean, organized public areas.
Complete preventative maintenance tasks and follow all hotel safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications:

Previous hotel maintenance or facilities experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general repair work.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work independently.
Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to providing excellent guest service.
