Global Marketing Manager

The Opportunity We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Global Marketing Manager to lead international marketing initiatives across key global markets. This role will be responsible for translating global brand strategy into locally relevant marketing plans that drive brand growth, strengthen market presence, and support revenue objectives across the UK, Europe, Australia, and other international regions. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute international marketing strategies aligned with global brand objectives. Identify growth opportunities through consumer insights, market trends, competitive analysis, and business performance data. Partner with sales, product development, digital marketing, and commercial teams to drive business growth. Support product innovation and portfolio expansion initiatives based on market feedback and regional opportunities. Build strong relationships with international partners and stakeholders to understand market needs and influence priorities. Product Launches & Market Execution Lead international go‑to‑market planning and execution for new product launches. Develop localized marketing campaigns and programs that support regional business objectives. Coordinate creation and distribution of sales tools, marketing materials, presentations, training resources, and launch assets. Support pricing, assortment, and portfolio strategies by evaluating product performance and regional market requirements. Brand Management Ensure consistent execution of global brand standards across all international markets. Maintain alignment of messaging, positioning, visual identity, and overall brand experience. Educate and support regional teams on brand strategy, product priorities, and marketing best practices. Cross‑Functional Leadership Collaborate with global teams to share market insights, best practices, and performance learnings. Provide international market feedback to support future innovation and product development efforts. Influence stakeholders across multiple functions and regions to drive successful execution. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in international marketing, brand management, or business development. Experience supporting consumer products, beauty, personal care, lifestyle, or retail brands preferred. Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities. Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans. Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively across diverse cultures and international markets. Self‑starter with a proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset.
