IT Systems Administrator (Part-Time, Temp)

A software startup with an office in the Fort Point/Seaport neighborhood of Boston is looking to hire a Temporary IT Systems Administrator. This individual will be the primary person responsible for all basic setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of systems and technology for the US-based staff. This is a temporary, part-time position projected to last 3-4 months. Work is on‑site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday weekly (for a total of 20-25 hours per week). Job Responsibilities Onboarding / offboarding – setting up new employees with equipment/tech Hardware provisioning, deprovisioning, and asset management (Boston office) MacBook/Windows end user support and basic macOS/Windows troubleshooting Email / distribution lists / aliases Zoom, Slack, and general US user support Salesforce, Marketo, Clari — basic user access and troubleshooting Managing AV equipment in the boardroom, including preparation for All Hands meetings Qualifications Able to work on‑site in Fort Point neighborhood 2+ years prior experience providing end-user tech support in office environment Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills Proficient in both MAC and Windows environments General familiarity with common office tools (Zoom, Slack, CRM software, etc.) #J-18808-Ljbffr Clocktower Staffing
