As a Quality Control Inspector, you will ensure the quality of Lifecore products by performing raw material and in-process inspections and performing routine lab support activities. You will have the opportunity to:
- Evaluate product and raw material quality in a timely manner, according to defined specifications and test methods
- Perform quality inspection of filled goods and raw materials in a cleanroom environment
- Perform media fill and hold inspections
- Review inspection reports and make necessary electronic inventory moves
- Submit QC Lab and Stability samples for testing
- Maintain and inspect retains
- Open nonconformities as they relate to inspections as needed
- Prepare batch record documentation
To qualify as a Quality Control Inspector, you'll need the following:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- GMP experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment
- Basic understanding of computer word processing and spreadsheet software
- Proven ability to take work direction and independently complete tasks on time
- Willingness to work flexible hours and periodic overtime
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm or Monday - Thursday, 3:00pm - 1:30am Starting Pay: $23.00/hour + $1.25/hour 2nd shift premium
