IT Systems Analyst

Possesses fundamental understanding of basic software/systems analysis, design, and performance principles. Discusses technical issues competently with team members and develops technical recommendations based on options presented. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions.
Essential Job Functions & Tasks:
- Participates in analysis/design assignments using specifications assigned by higher-level employees.
- Analyzes system requirements and be able to implement, configure and test applications.
- Assists with the efficient and reliable operation of small production applications.
- Develops a good understanding of the business or function for which the application is designed.
- Assists in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems impacting the applications performance.
- Participates in preparing detailed specifications based on analysis of problems.
- Participate in system and disaster recovery testing to ensure technical requirements are met.
Minimum Requirements:
Education requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field OR Associate's degree with 2 years system analyst related experience OR High School Diploma/GED with 4 years system analyst related experience
Work Experience: Minimum of 4 years system analyst related experience (in addition to any experience identified in education section)

- Must have experience with API's.

- Makes and honors commitments and deadlines on a timely basis.
- Technical certification in systems analyst technology field preferred, but not mandatory.
Will be a hybrid position. Candidates will be expected to report into the office part-time, schedule is not yet known. Candidates must be local - Please list location on the resume.
