If you want to do the most impactful work of your career, this is where to do it. $200,000 - $225,000Full-Time / Onsite (5 days/week) About The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to drive development of features across our product platform. What You’ll Do

• Own a core domain of the Mochi platform end-to-end - strategy, roadmap, and shipped outcomes.
• Identify where AI can transform the patient, provider, or customer service agent experience, shipping the first features with evals/guardrails for responsible clinical deployment.
• Serve as a partner for key internal teams, leading discovery to understand their unique workflow requirements and use cases across clinical, operational, and pharmacy contexts
• Gather and synthesize feedback from patients, providers, and pharmacy partners to inform roadmap priorities
• Work with engineering on integrations and interoperability requirements
• Define success metrics and evaluation frameworks for product performance outcomes

Who You Are

• 0-2+ years of product management experience, ideally at digital health startups, healthcare technology companies, or health systems innovation teams
• Demonstrated ability to own product roadmaps from strategy through execution
• Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and detailed specifications
• Track record of shipping products that required cross-functional coordination
