Position: Phlebotomist Floater - 1st Shift
Location: Southborough, MA 01772
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Job Highlights
• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection accurately and safely.
• Provide coverage across multiple locations, including PSC, IOP, mobile, and long-term care.
• Work with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections .
• Provide excellent patient care and customer service in high-volume settings.
• Support and mentor new employees and assist with onboarding/training.
• Serve as a lead/resource for staff when needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation, confidentiality, and compliance with established procedures. • Requirements
• 5+ years of phlebotomy experience required .
• 3+ years of PSC/IOP experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred.
