What You'll Do
- Assist with urological examinations and procedures
- Provide patient education and preoperative/postoperative care
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Maintain sterile technique and assist with equipment setup
- Document patient histories and procedure details accurately
- Support the clinical team during complex urological surgeries
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
What You Need
- Valid state license to practice (e.g., RN, PA, or relevant credential)
- 2+ years of experience in urology or similar specialty
- Strong patient care skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to adapt to varying shifts and patient needs
