Performs nursing intervention across a variety of nursing situations. It should be understood, therefore, that employees may be asked to perform job-related duties beyond those explicitly described above.Education/Experience Required:· Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.· Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.· Two to three (2-3) years of recent related clinical nursing experience in the area of practice and a demonstrated level of performance required.· Willingness to float to multiple locations.· Clinical knowledge and analytical abilities necessary to formulate effective nursing care plans.· Ability to perform a wide variety of professional nursing services.· Ability to effectively communicate with patients, families, and hospital personnel.Certifications/Licensures Required:· Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.· Current BLS.· Current ACLS, NRP, EFM, ENPC, TNCC, NIHSS where required.· TB, vaccines (i.e., flu).
