Certified Nursing Assistant - C.N.A - Nights - $2K Bonus

Certified Nursing Assistant - Nights Compensation: $20 - $22.23 / hour plus $2,000 bonus for full-time employment. Department (Org): Medical Key Responsibilities Provides basic nursing care to patients under the direction of a licensed nurse, including assistance with ADLs, vital sign measurement, and accurate documentation of patient data. Maintains professional behavior and prioritizes workflow to ensure completion of all assigned duties while adhering to policies and procedures and promoting patient safety and confidentiality. Collaborates with other members of the health care team, participates in staff meetings and training sessions, and notifies the licensed nurse of any patient concerns or issues. Demonstrates basic knowledge of nursing procedures and proficiently uses medical supplies and equipment, while ensuring proper storage and cleaning. Performs other duties as assigned by the supervising nurse, such as assisting with patient care in different units and participating in the orientation of new staff members. Qualifications & Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a training course for Nursing Assistants. Experience: Knowledge of basic patient care methods, procedures, and techniques. Ability to handle a variety of simple tasks that are routine in nature while maintaining orderly workflow. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Must be able to pass and maintain clearance for a Public Trust Position if required. Ability to express thoughts logically, in English, both written and verbally. Ability to use computers and typical office software such as Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and related database systems. Licenses/Certifications: Current certification in the state of practice is required. Additional Details: Full-time/night shift position.
