Partner (m/f/x) | Consumer Goods, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Financial Services Role Your new workday: In this role, you will take entrepreneurial responsibility at the interface of business and technology. You’ll develop growth strategies, drive complex sales processes, and strengthen Salesfive’s market position across the Consumer Goods, Healthcare & Life Sciences, and Financial Services sectors. As a member of our executive team, you will help shape the overall strategy of the company and serve as a key contact for C-level decision-makers in the enterprise environment. Together with your team, you will build long‑term client relationships, expand a growth‑oriented partner network, and ensure quality and profitability across all projects. This position offers maximum freedom to leverage your expertise in business development, Salesforce solutions, and strategic growth. Tasks Here’s how you’ll lead Salesfive to success: Strategic Leadership & Business Development Develop and implement growth strategies for your verticals with full P&L responsibility Align our portfolio strategy with market trends, customer needs, and the Salesforce roadmap Actively help shape Salesfive’s overall strategy as part of the leadership team Take ownership of the end‑to‑end sales process – from identifying new opportunities to closing deals Acquire new enterprise clients and strategically grow existing accounts Build an active partner network and identify cooperation opportunities Client Relationships & Delivery Build and maintain long‑term relationships with C-level decision‑makers within your target industries Ensure excellent client satisfaction through high‑quality consulting and solution implementation Take responsibility for the quality and profitability of managed projects Build and continuously develop a high‑performing team of Salesforce consultants Promote a collaborative, autonomous work culture in line with our spirit What you should bring with you: Several years of leadership experience in IT consulting or sales roles, ideally with a Salesforce focus Proven track record in growing enterprise accounts and building client relationships in at least one target sector In‑depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem Strong entrepreneurial mindset combined with exceptional communication and leadership skills Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience Work in a dynamic, international team with flat hierarchies and an appreciative company culture.
