Current Professional licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant or licence eligible based on the rules and regulations of the state you are applying. Current CPR Certification. Salary Minimum Salary/Wage: USD $28.10/Hr. Maximum Salary/Wage: USD $33.75 Hr.
