About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Leadership and Involvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership in the development and implementation of programs that foster student engagement, leadership, and involvement. This role involves overseeing a team that supports a wide range of co-curricular activities, including student organizations, leadership development initiatives, and community service programs. The Assistant Vice President will also work closely with faculty, staff, and students to create a vibrant and inclusive campus environment that promotes personal and professional growth. Applicants for the Assistant Vice President for Leadership and Involvement at the company should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Ph.D. or terminal degree. A minimum of 5 years' experience in student affairs or a related area is required, with a proven track record in leadership and program development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of student development theory and practice, as well as a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
