Contract | Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
• Perform telemetry monitoring and ECG interpretation
• Administer and manage medications in accordance with facility protocols
• Respond to emergent and critical patient situations using advanced clinical skills
• Participate in onboarding orientation, including required competency testing via remote proctored platform

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts RN license or valid temporary Massachusetts RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications through AHA required at time of submission — no other certifying bodies accepted
• Must pass a proctored Dysrhythmia (20-question) and Medication (20-question) competency test with a minimum score of 85% — one attempt only, no remediation or re-sit permitted
• Must be available to begin on the designated start date; no time-off requests will be approved
• Candidates must not reside within 50 miles of the facility; must have been separated from the facility for 6 or more months (permanent, per diem, or travel)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• PALS or ENPC certification preferred
• TNCC certification preferred
