To Apply for this Job Click Here Production Group Lead Job ID: 146861 Job Location: In-Person, $17-21/Hour (Depending on Experience), 1st Shift, Monday-Friday, Full-Time Our client is a leading manufacturer in the consumer goods industry, and they want you to join their team as a Production Group Lead . Your day-to-day as a Production Group Lead: Supervise, train, and support employees on filling and packaging assembly lines Assign lot codes, maintain records, and ensure product quality matches control samples Monitor line performance and support daily production goals Evaluate employee performance and communicate issues to management Perform relief duties on production lines when needed Your skills and experience: 2+ years supervisory experience in consumer product manufacturing or packaging environment (preferred) Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills Physical ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs and stand and walk for prolonged periods Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles (a plus) Capable of adhering to ISO 22716 standards, C-TPAT requirements, and safety protocols What you can expect from this opportunity: Health insurance, referral program, and more Weekly pay Brand NEW exclusive ETS benefit: Get paid whenever you need with earned wages on-demand.
