Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus A real estate private equity firm based in New York City is seeking an experienced associate to join their Business Development team as a Senior Associate. This role follows a hybrid schedule. Responsibilities: Implement targeted outreach strategies to attract new investors to the firm. Foster and maintain relationships with prospective investors through consistent communication and engagement. Assist in the organization of investor meetings, roadshows, and fundraising initiatives. Support daily capital raising activities, including coordinating fund closings, onboarding new investors, responding to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), and maintaining data rooms. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other communications for current and potential investors. Create engaging marketing materials such as pitch decks, brochures, newsletters, and digital content. Manage the firm’s website, social media presence, and email marketing campaigns to support investor acquisition efforts. Perform other duties, as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, real estate, or a related field. At least 4 to 10 years of relevant experience within Real Estate, Private Equity, or related industries. Tech-savvy, with experience in managing CRM platforms and utilizing data to enhance outreach strategies. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Proven ability to identify and engage new investors. Knowledge of real estate financial modeling and investment analysis is a plus.
