Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse in the specialty of Surgical Services is sought for a facility in a specified location. This role involves providing specialized patient care within various surgical centers, including neuro, orthopedics, cardiothoracic, vascular, gynecology, and robotics. The position requires a dedicated professional with extensive experience and flexibility to support multiple surgical specialties as needed.

Job Details

• Position Description: OR RN Operating Room Nurse.
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: BLS (Basic Life Support) and Florida (FL) or compact state license are required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and CNOR (Certified Perioperative Nurse) are preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience and at least two travel assignments. Heavy robotic and trauma experience is nonnegotiable.
• Schedule: 10-hour days, 11:00 AM 9:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Responsibilities: The role involves circulating and scrubbing in all Center specialties, including neuro, ortho, cardiothoracic, vascular, general, gynecology, urology, and robotics. Candidates should be willing to float to various specialty pods based on their expertise.
• Additional Information: Candidates must have experience in orthopedic, neuro, trauma, general, gynecology, vascular, urology, and robotic surgeries. Heavy trauma and robotic experience is critical. The position may include weekend, holiday, and on-call requirements. EPIC training will be provided during orientation, with testing out of full training expected if passed.
