Vishay Thin Film is currently seeking applicants for a part-time HR Coordinator at our Niagara Falls facility that will provide administrative and operational support to the HR department. This entry-level role assists with recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and HR compliance activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and interested in building a career in Human Resources. Job Location: Vishay Thin Film is located in Niagara Falls, NY. The site has a lot of natural beauty to offer including the world-famous Niagara Falls which are just a short drive away! What you will be doing: Assist with posting job openings on internal and external job boards Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications Support new hire onboarding, including organization of new hire orientation Maintain personnel and benefit files ensuring all documents are filed in a timely manner Assist employees with HR computer applications Support benefits enrollment and employee communications Help track employee leave requests and maintain related records Support training coordination and learning initiatives Participate in HR projects and process improvement efforts as assigned What you will bring along: Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 0-2 years of administrative, customer service, office support, or HR experience Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Proficiency in Microsoft Office Familiarity with HRIS systems is a plus Pay Range: $19-21 per hour Vishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
