Active state dental license and DEA registration (as required). GPR or AEGD preferred. 4‑6 years of proven proficiency in general dentistry, cosmetic and restorative procedures. Endodontic, surgical and cosmetic dentistry experience preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
