In-Home Aide (Part-Time)

Location: Ellijay, GA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30 hours/week)

We are seeking a dependable and caring  In-Home Companion Care Aide to join our growing team in Ellijay.

Position Overview

This position provides non-medical support to clients through companionship, light household assistance, and encouragement with daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
• Assist with light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, sweeping, and tidying)
• Prepare light meals and snacks
• Run errands or grocery shop when needed
• Encourage participation in hobbies and daily activities
• Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the Client Coordinator
• Help maintain a clean and safe home environment

Qualifications

• Caregiving experience is preferred but not required
• Paid training provided
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Ability to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Approximately 30 hours per week
