DevOps Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and security sector, is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join their team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be part of the Support and Consultative Services supporting cloud infrastructure, security practices, and DevOps lifecycle management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Arlington, Virginia

What's the Job?

• Design, implement, and manage security practices and tools supporting the DevOps lifecycle
• Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to ensure security standards are maintained
• Support container security, orchestration, and cloud infrastructure using AWS services
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes
• Secure container environments with best practices and security tools

What's Needed?

• Experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes at a beginner level
• Knowledge of container security best practices
• Proficiency in Bash scripting
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) security features
• Ability to work on-site at the Arlington, Virginia location
