Job Summary:
The Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is based in Maysville, Kentucky. This role involves providing specialized care to adult and geriatric patients in a 12-bed intermediate care unit. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day of employment. The position offers a night shift schedule, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Job Details:

• Location: Maysville, Kentucky
• Shift: Nights
• Schedule: Night shift with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS); 2 years of experience in critical care or similar settings; experience with cardiac care and post-angiography stent removal is a plus.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with telemetry and critical care; positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The ICU nurse will work in a 12-bed unit serving adult and geriatric populations. The role requires the ability to adapt to telemetry and critical care at times, and candidates should demonstrate a positive attitude and professionalism. Dress code is typically scrubs in royal blue.
