Job Position: On-Site Coordinator
Location: Racine, WI 53406
Shift: 2nd
Description: Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience
Job type: Full-time · In-person
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (2nd shift)
Location: Racine, WI 53406
Be the on-site point of contact for our associates — answer questions, resolve concerns, and escalate what needs escalating
Run daily check-ins, attendance tracking, and timesheet review
Deliver short orientations for newly assigned associates
Work directly with the client's HR team and production supervisors on coverage, placement, and shift needs
Pull the call-in line and report absences and coverage gaps
Handle missed-punch reporting and send a daily shift report to HR
Greet visitors, answer the employee door and incoming calls, and assist with badge and key fob issues
Support site security routines — bag checks, monitoring break-area traffic
Keep the reception area organized and professional What we're looking for
Bilingual English/Spanish — required for this shift
Prior experience in recruiting, staffing coordination, customer service, administration, or human resources
Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep confidential information confidential
Someone who works well on a team and stays solution-focused when things get busy
Experience with time-tracking systems or basic HR procedures is a plus What we offer
$20.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience
80 hours of paid time off per year
Six paid holidays
Consistent Monday–Friday schedule - some weekend shifts
Full-time, on-site, with a clear path into broader account and HR work
